EU DPS Manchester will take place over 2-days and will tackle a breadth of topics designed to further the attendees understanding of data protection, privacy and cyber security related issues and challenges. In addition to leading content, tickets will include refreshments, lunch and access to exclusive post-event content. 

With over 25 speakers presenting solo sessions, partaking in debates and panel discussions, hosting roundtables and conducting workshops, there will be a whole wealth of experience to tap into. Our speakers have been hand chosen because of their experience and skills within their profession, each speaker will deliver insights and content not found at any other conference.

Sir Rob Wainwright, Former-Chief of Europol

Talk on 'Cyber Threats and and the Interconnected Relationship between Data Protection and Data Security in Response'.

Sir Rob Wainwright is a highly experienced security professional with global profile and reputation.

He has had a 25-year career in intelligence, policing, government, EU and international affairs, including at the Serious Organised Crime Agency, National Criminal Intelligence Service and the British Security Service. 

Prior to joining Deloitte, Rob was the executive director of Europol where he established the European Cybercrime Centre. He is credited with leading the transformation of Europol into a world-class security institution and centre of innovation on cyber security, terrorism and financial crime.
